30 Days of Yoga with Erin Motz - Day 3

Today I did Day 3 of Erin Motz's yoga challenge.  Today was about using yoga to improve posture by lengthening, stretching and strengthening the muscles of the back.

This was quite a tough one, but well worth it.


Inhale peace, find space and exhale love.
